HCG is an auxiliary product which is particularly used to maintain, increase or even restore endogenous testosterone production in the body. To prevent permanent testosterone suppression, a low dose of human chorionic gonadotropin is used during the steroidal cycle. The dose is 250 ui, 2 or 3 times a week. Its use will thus promote easier recovery at the end of the treatment. For use at the end of an anabolic steroid cycle, there are two PCT HCG protocols. The first involves administering 1500 to 4000iu every 3-4 days over a period of 2-3 weeks. Once this period is over, SERM therapy will then begin. A second and perhaps more effective option is to administer HCG daily, at a dose of 500-1,000 IU per day, for 10 days. Once this phase is over, MDT with SERMs can begin.
