We don’t believe that any of our customers should have to feel uncomfortable or face an awkward situation when ordering with us.
That’s why we:
- Send your order in an unmarked box. There are no stickers or logo’s or anything for that matter that could possibly indicate what’s inside
- Ensure that the name of our website NEVER shows up on your package or bank account
- Never pass your information onto third parties under ANY circumstances
- Only process your information on a dedicated server that is safe and secure
- NEVER send you any spam. We don’t like receiving it either.
- Make sure your connection is always SSL secured and encrypted for bulletproof safety and privacy

How to track my order?
Once we send you the tracking number(s) for your order, you can also track your order on Track Order and be sure to be present for the delivery. You can track each tracking number, or if your order have many warehouses (and so many tracking numbers) you can track your order using your order number + the secret code given in My Account > Orders > (the order).
Please always take a full unpacking video!
Whether you have chosen the “insured delivery” option or not, a full unpacking video is mandatory for any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
The video must include:
– The sealed package shown clearly from all sides before opening, proving that it has not been opened or tampered with previously.
– The complete unpacking process recorded continuously, without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
– All contents of the parcel shown clearly on camera immediately after opening.
Please note:
– Claims submitted without a proper unpacking video will not be approved.
– If the video shows any inconsistencies, missing parts, unclear footage, interruptions, or signs of manipulation, we reserve the right to reject the reshipment or compensation request.
– The unpacking video is required to protect both sides and ensure a fair review process.
In case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please upload the video to a private sharing platform like https://streamable.com/share-video/password-protect and send us the video link by email or ticket as soon as possible.
Please note that we accept claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claim will be considered. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
